I recently stayed at this apartment in Balham and had a fantastic experience. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a modern kitchen. The location was great, with easy access to bars, restaurants, and the tube. Despite being close to the overground train, the apartment was quiet and peaceful. Communication with the owner/manager was prompt and hassle-free. I highly recommend this apartment for its convenience, comfort, and safety.

I had a blast at the children's playground. Who says it's only for kids? I swung on the swing, slid down the slide, and felt like a child again. Best part of my stay!

Oh, how I missed having air conditioning. Nothing like sweating through the British heatwave.

This apartment in Balham is just perfect for a solo traveler like me. The two bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and the flat-screen TV is a bonus for some chill time. The equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and fridge made cooking meals a breeze, and the washing machine came in handy. The balcony is a nice touch for some fresh air, and the free WiFi is a plus!

I personally wasn't a fan of the sofa in the apartment, but hey, that's just my subjective opinion. Others might still find it comfortable and enjoy it.

Easy communication. No issues except for weekend elevator fix. Spacious, clean apartment with full kitchen. Convenient location for center with train & underground. Cheap taxi from airport. Supermarkets & eateries nearby. Quiet, safe neighborhood for walking.

A children's playground was available, but unfortunately, I didn't have my kids with me to enjoy it. Such a shame!

I had a wonderful stay at the Spacious Two Bedroom Apartment in Balham. the apartment was clean, warm, and well, equipped with everything I needed. the location was fantastic, with easy access to the tube and bus, as well as cafes, bakeries, and grocery shops within walking distance. Despite being near train lines, the insulation was superb, and I couldn't hear any noise from outside. the instructions for check, in were clear, and the common areas were well, lit, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay. The apartment even had fast WiFi and Netflix, making it a perfect place to relax after a long day exploring the city. Cons: Nothing, it was perfect! 😊.

one small issue - the bedframes and mattresses were a bit small and not as high quality as the bedding.

We loved the spaciousness of the apartment, perfect for a family with children. The living room area with a balcony was a lovely bonus. The beds were comfortable and the showers were powerful. The location was excellent, with shops, cafes, and the underground station just a short walk away.

Felt relaxed, no complaints.
